    ABCD&E Animal Clinic was founded in 1992 by Dr. Pamela J. Hendrickson.
    Our mission is to provide the best quality Veterinary care for our clients and their treasured pets. We strive to promote a healthy lifestyle to ensure the longevity of your pet through preventative medicine, a proper diet and a nurturing environment.

    PAMELA J. HENDRICKSON DVM

    Dr. Hendrickson received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Zoology from North Carolina State University. She then graduated from Eastern North Carolina School of Nursing in 1980 as an R.N. Subsequently, she graduated from North Carolina State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. During 1988-1989 she completed an Avian Internship at the Bird Hospital Lake Worth, Florida. She has been in the General Practice of Veterinary Medicine since 1990. In 1992, ABCD&E Animal Clinic opened and has been in the same location until the present. Dr. Hendrickson has been very active in breeding, raising, and exhibiting Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, and Scottish Terriers including multiple Group and Best In Show winning dogs. She has also been active in the horse world with World Champion horses that were versatile from the rail to the trail. She is also an avid weight trainer and has competed successfully in Women’s Figure and Physique competitions. Her favorite species to work with is anything that walks, slivers, crawls or flies. All creatures are unique and beautiful and deserve respect and proper nurturing when we are trusted with their care.

    BECKY BRAVO, DVM

    Dr. Becky Bravo is a South Florida native who has always had a love of animals. She has worked with animals for over 15 years, from hand-rearing parrots to large cat rescue to wildlife rehabilitation and conservation work. After receiving her Bachelors of Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University, she worked as a veterinary technician for several years, gaining additional experience with exotic pets and birds in addition to traditional companion animals. To pursue her desire to become a veterinarian, Dr. Bravo moved to Columbia, MO to attend the University Of Missouri College Of Veterinary Medicine where she learned to care for all species. After graduating, Dr. Bravo moved to Tampa, FL where she settled into an amazing mentorship with her fellow doctors. Two years later, she moved to Delray Beach to be closer to the family where she has remained. Her interests’ lie-in further developing her skill set, cooperative veterinary care, and the Fear Free Initiative as well as client education. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, outdoor activities like kayaking and trail biking, doing arts and crafts, and reading a good book in her hammock. Dr. Bravo shares her free time with her significant other, Adam, and their two pets, Cade and Melvin, a Boston Terrier and Pacific Parrotlet, respectively.

    Dr. Jennifer Ayoub, DVM, DACVIM (Internal Medicine)

    Dr. Ayoub grew up in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Framingham State College.  She then left the cold northeast and moved to Louisiana where she earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2008.  After completing a one-year rotating internship at a private practice in Virginia Beach she returned to LSU and completed a residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2012.  Dr. Ayoub then moved to Florida where she has worked at Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists and Jupiter Pet Emergency and Specialty Center. She has also been employed by IDEXX as a medical specialty consultant.

    ​Dr. Ayoub is married to a fellow veterinarian (clinical pathologist) and they live in West Palm Beach with their 2 dogs, Chibi and Zoe. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, going to the beach, and learning to speak French.

    Candice Camp, CVT Practice Manager

    My name is Candice and I joined ABCDE as their Practice Manager in Nov 2021. I have worked as an emergency and critical care vet tech most of my 20 + years in this field, so I am very excited to join such a great practice to continue my career. I have always loved animals and veterinary medicine. The best part of my job is when I can help a pet get healthy and see them walking out with wagging tails and big smiles on their humans faces! I share my life with a 3yr old very rambunctious, but super sweet American Pitbull Terrier named Capaldi. When I am not working or going on adventures with Capaldi you can most likely find me at one of the Disney parks!

    Paige Stamper, Lead Veterinary Technician

    Hi, my name is Paige! I grew up in Richmond, Kentucky, where I also earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedicine. I have always had a passion for loving and caring for animals. I’ve been working in the field for approximately 4 years and hope to continue learning and furthering my experience with animals.

    At home, I am a proud cat momma to 2 year old Enzo and 5 year old Etsy. They are the best companions any girl could ask for! I look forward to meeting and providing the best care to all our client’s fur babies!

    Jayda Wisniewski, Veterinary Assistant

    Hi I’m Jayda!! I’m a high school student looking to start a career in the medical field. I enjoy spending time playing outside with my dog Mondo or hanging out with my bearded dragon Bernie. My goal here at ABCDE is to give every client the best experience possible all while ensuring their animals are receiving the best care available in Palm Beach Gardens. I look forward to meeting everyone and creating new bonds!!

    Julia Hogan, Lead Veterinary Assistant

    Hi! My name is Julia I am a proud dog owner of my 12 year old Bichon cocker spaniel mix named rags ! He is the love of my life growing up as an only child he has always been my best friend and the companion I need, I am new to the veterinarian industry and plan on going to collage to get my veterinarian technician certification.

    I always have had deep unconditional love for all animals and this field is the best way to continue my love for them.

    Amber Naha Veterinary Assistant

    Hi! My name is Amber Naha. I am a veterinary assistant for ABCDE Animal Clinic. I have always had a great love for all animals of all sizes. I grew up on a ranch in Arizona on the Hopi reservation and dreamed of working in the veterinary field. My favorite hobbies are horse back riding, reading, and working on my sewing/ traditional pottery.

    I enjoy working with ABCDE Animal Clinic they have given me a great opportunity to expand my learning and teach me more about the work. I also love the interaction of providing care and love to our clients precious fur babies.

    Hailey Escarra, Receptionist

    My name is Hailey and I’m the first person you’ll see when you walk into our clinic, ready to greet you and your furry or scaly baby! While I have always had a large space in my heart for animals, I have been working in this field for about a year, and previously volunteered at a local rescue which is where my professional love for animal care began.

    At home, I’m an owner of five crazy dogs named Luna, Coco, Toby, and Pandy with unique personalities that I wouldn’t trade for the world! My goal at ABCDE is to learn and experience all aspects of the field while being able to serve you and your pets with the best care possible!

    Laura Beckum, Kennel Assistant

    Hi! My name is Laura, my world has always revolved around my love for animals. I am the proud fur-mom of a 4 year old Miniature Goldendoodle named Sadie Mae. I started my journey working at a private dog training company and transitioned into working for a Non-profit Shelter. I’m thrilled to be continuing my career in the animal industry working with the skilled care team here at ABCDE. (Her picture is correct.)

    Alyssandra Malcolm, Veterinary CSR

    My name is Alyssandra but I mostly go by Aly! I’ll be one of the first faces you’ll see when you enter our animal clinic. I love animals with all my heart. I always knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. I come from a long line of medics and I feel like it’s my calling to help all beings, animal or human. I am currently attending classes at Florida Atlantic University and am majoring in health science. I am a massive bookworm and can be found reading at the park on my downtime. I love being a part of the ABCDE family and I can’t wait to meet you and your amazing pets!
