Dr. Ayoub grew up in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Framingham State College.  She then left the cold northeast and moved to Louisiana where she earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2008.  

After completing a one-year rotating internship at a private practice in Virginia Beach she returned to LSU and completed a residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2012.  Dr. Ayoub then moved to Florida where she has worked at Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists and Jupiter Pet Emergency and Specialty Center. She has also been employed by IDEXX as a medical specialty consultant.

​Dr. Ayoub is married to a fellow veterinarian (clinical pathologist) and they live in West Palm Beach with their 2 dogs, Chibi and Zoe. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, going to the beach, and learning to speak French.
